Our Integrity policy consists of five main principles:

- Fact-Based Opinion. Opinions are based on facts collected from research, metrics and market input.
- Explicit Methodologies. Research and conclusions are supported by methodologies that we willingly share with members.
- Independence. We do not act as sales agents for vendors or represent either party in negotiations.
- Confidentiality. We do not discuss the identities of our members without their permission.
